Hi, I had a ventilation system installed and was a good experience. Was a hard work as no one new I have unusual thick concrete walls, so was much more difficult work that they expected, and an additional specialist to cut the concrete. They did a great job, tidy up the place and the system works very well. I choose them as a friend of mine recommended them. We had a positive pressure ventilation system installed by MJ’s team from Pacific heating and cooling at our previous, 60 year old house a few years ago. The result was excellent, the morning condensation on the windows disappeared immediately, and the house felt dry and fresh. We then built a new house, where we had them install a balanced-pressure ventilation system, and heat pumps. Very happy with the results there also. For both projects we were able to have honest discussions with MJ to work out the best system for the house. His team then installed the systems quickly and professionally. And their ventilation systems are much, much cheaper than the big name brand like HRV and DVS.
